Story:  Once upon a time, a long time ago, Roho had an unfortunate experience similar to Cinderella.  Roho visited the neighboring barn and due to his busy foraging, forgot to watch the time.  As darkness fell, he became very groggy, and was unable to fight off the advances of the Barn Lady as she picked him up from the floor.  She began to stroke his silky feathers for quite some time. He was so overcome by the darkness, he could not even squawk “Help”!  She then put him gently down on the barn floor.  He remained helpless throughout the night, but as dawn broke, he became quite irritated as he remembered the bad dream with the Barn Lady.

Charges were pressed, but the Barn Lady denied everything.  Although there was motive, no evidence was ever found.  The barn cat, even though suspicious of the Barn Lady, meowed “No hear, no see, no tell” when questioned.  Until this day, the story still circulates and is shushed among the chickens.

Although Roho still suffers embarrassment, the Barn Lady is again taking advantage of him and without his permission has featured him in the web-site, rainbowhillpaintings.

The cold case has been reopened and the Barn Lady has been sentenced without parole to spend the rest of her life on a farm where she is now living happily ever after!
